I can’t speak to the restaurant as a whole but I can say that, without a doubt, Tammy is the best server I have ever had at ANY restaurant including several 5-star Zagat restaurants in cities like D.C., Dallas, and Chicago! She is the most pleasant person I come in contact with everyday. I’d love to see her get promoted but that would mean she wouldn’t be my morning light anymore and that’s such a shame! I would hope that they would at least give her more money. I recommended to the manager this morning that she get promoted or an extra day off but again, being selfish, I would miss her face in the AM! When she says, it’s her«pleasure to serve» me; it’s not some rote corporate initiative she’s spewing out because someone has it on a check list, I truly believe she means it! Too bad you can’t be the trainer or better yet, a train the trainer!
