These guys refuse to do certain things like take a measurement to a single glass pane for inside a fishtank and blame it on insurance standards. They also have threatened to throw out things of other relatives of mine while they are waiting on custom glass to arrive to be installed, glass they refused to make because they didn’t want to be responsible for fitment issues, i thought they were a glass busisness and that they were professionals. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to help with any glass project that is beyond beginner level glass cutting. Don’t see them staying in business much longer if they don’t change the way they do business.
Upon checking around like on dex and a couple of other sites I have found out our expirience is not the only one.
