Got our order mixed up very bad customer service and and they talk way to much about personal life when they are working.

Slow service. No sense of urgency. Often out of whatever I wanted on the menu. I hate coming here but it’s the closest place to my job. :(

I don’t know why they can’t get the coffee right here. The taste of it is just not as good as other locations. My coffee was okay but my friend ordered one of those mint chocolate Ice Capps and it just tasted like toothpaste.

Absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The customer service here is an embarrassment to any employer or Tim Hortons business. On two separate occasions, it took more than 15 minutes to make one cup of coffee. The first time, I stood in a line of at least 10 people waiting to order which I had no problem with at all. The person who was helping us seemed to not care about his job and perhaps tried going as slow as possible. I could not believe what I was seeing. When there is a line of 10 people and 20 cars waiting outside, you would think that the employees would move a little quicker and not make it seem like they hate their lives. It honestly looked like the workers just did not care. And finally when I did get my coffee, it was wrong. And on the second time, which was even worse, there were 6 employees working inside. The lady that helped us rolled her eyes about every time I spoke and it was like déjà vu from the first occasion. And after I ordered, I moved to the right and waited and waited. I watched 2 of the 6 employees who were absolutely not doing anything, laugh and joke with each other for several minutes while the lady who helped us looked lost going in circles. And after 15 minutes of watching 6 employees not doing anything, I finally just asked for my money back and left. By the way, I ordered a French vanilla. Very simple. You grab the cup, put it under the machine and press 1 button. Not hard. It was like every worker here moved in slow motion. Employees here don’t care. Plain and simple. Shame on me for giving this establishment a second chance.

Always a 10 – 20 car line at the drive thru each morning, but it moves fast. Food was terrible. Hash brown dried out and almost inedible. Farmer’s Wrap okay, but half empty and stuck to the container. OJ with the extra tin flavor. And no napkins. Fail.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. I come here once or twice a week. The restaurant is always very clean and well kept Service is great too. I move through the line quickly. The staff is friendly as well, and I’ve never had any problems Overall, pretty good for a large fast food chain.

If I can give this Tim Hortons –5 stars I would, because that’s deserved for this location and honestly all the Tim Hortons in Dearborn. First their coffee is always nasty as if it’s been sitting all day or just not cleaning their coffee machines. Second their donuts and pastries are disgusting. In case no one knows all their donuts come frozen just baked at their locations, if you must have one take an extra trip to a family owned donut shop better quality and cheaper. And finally customer service at this location plus Warren and Wyoming location are a disgrace to this franchise.

Always wayyy too busy only because there is not many other options around. Weak coffee and the donuts I’ve had from here are the worst I’ve ever had. They tasted they had been sitting in the case for a month– hard, stale and flavorless.
