Some days are better than others at this location. You’re lucky if you get what you ordered and paid for at here. On many occasions I’ve gone home to find the contents in my bag were completely wrong but my receipt showed I was charged for what I actually ordered. Thus, I have had to request a refund on several occasions. Most recently, I received the wrong order twice in a matter of two weeks. The last occurrence left me completely jaded, so-much-so that I contacted corporate and pursued the matter above the store level. The location is owned by a parent company called Sundance Inc. and the guy I communicated with(Nathan Ponte) was extremely slow about resolving my complaint. He referred me to their accountant, who never returned my calls nor emails. After weeks of back and forth, my concerns were finally addressed. I would NOT recommend this location at all. When you call the local store and ask to speak with the manager, she allows the regular employees to pretend to be a manager, unless your problem is beyond their scope of knowledge. She told me, «sometimes I tell them to say they’re the manager if I’m busy.» … I wonder if she allows them to receive the pay difference for their acting job, too.

Most Taco Bells have difficulty understanding why someone would want beans instead of beef on their taco. This Taco Bell not only nails this substitution every time, they load the toppings on and serve them piping hot. Vegetarians should look no further than this Taco Bell.

The worst customer service ever. Place is dirty, ask for extra sauce and they look at you like you stole their child. Can’t count how many times I went home only to realize my drink was nothing but carbonated water. Charge for extra toppings and 50⁄50 chance it will be on your item.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The employees are very disorganized, unprofessional, and slow. I waited in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes. The way they make the food is poor quality as well.
