Najar Hana S MD

I loved Dr. Najar but she has retired & her office is now occupied by 5 doctors I believe but I assumed that the place would run the same. When I had an appt. with Najar she was always on time & the appts. were very quick but those days are gone. I had an appt. today at 11:30…it’s now 12:25 & I’ve just been put in a room. The office has done away with gowns & now just has you sit bottomless on the table with a paper sheet over you. I ended up having to wait in the exam room another 20 minutes before i saw the Dr. she was really nice but talked too much which was probably causing the delays. When I arrived there was only 1 person in the waiting room so I expected fast turn around but I am very unhappy about the punctuality & the comfort of this office now. The whole appt. took 90 minutes! I would have given Najar 5 stars but not now. Next time I will shoot for the first or last appt of the day & see if that speeds things along any. I should have known it would be a long day when the sign in the bathroom said «please be patient with our delays».
