Really good location, But Drive through is slow (sorry i mean slowwwww) not worth waiting 15 minutes for coffe and be late to work. Try tim Hortons on greenfield and michigan, 10 cars in front of you and you will be out in 5 minutes.

Horrible customer service and u can’t understand what they are saying. one instancemy husband goes and orders a double chocolate donut and they tried giving him a chocolate dipped donut and then he says just give me my money back and it took him ten minutes to get his money back.

This is the slowest coffee making establishment that I have ever gone to. I have gone multiple times, at different times, and it’s always atleast a 10 minute wait in the drive-​thru line. Then to top it off the employees have garbage attitudes, like it’s our faults. Whack! Lol

Terrible establishment. I gave this business 3 chances and they disappointed me all 3 times. They messed up my order all 3 times. I waited for over 20 minutes. Employees seem lazy. I don’t know what is so hard about making a bagel with the right cream cheese. Garden vegetable cream cheese means GARDEN VEGETABLE cream cheese. Toasted means TOASTED. Whipped cream on your coffee means WHIPPED CREAM. Catch my drift?

Horrible. Every time. The drive thru takes a ridiculous amount of time. Burnt bagels, if they even have them. Seems they are out of everything, all different times in the day. The staff is rude – consistently. Thought I would stop going but kept trying, til my latest coffee… completely cold. Don’t even bother. This place has been the same since it opened. No improvement on all fronts.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place gives Tim Hortons a bad name. The only consistency at this Tim Hortons location is the long, unnecessary wait time and the incorrect order. Every. Single. Time. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go or who is working. The entire staff is a complete joke and could care less about their paying customers. Which is probably another reason why they are ALWAYS guaranteed to have run out of something. 15 minutes in the drive-​thru line with one car ahead of you and you’ll still get the wrong order. I am not one to rate and review places however, this Tim Hortons location is so terrible I felt I needed to.

I was happy when they opened up close to home. Every time I go there they run out of anything I order no matter what time of day. I am done with this place! I never have any problem with any other Tim Hortons. They need new management and new people!

Horrible service !!! I wanted to add another drink to my order and the drive through attended wouldn’t add my drink he said he already took my order and can’t add it. Always a long wait when usually they have 1 car waiting at the window … Maybe they should hire managers that can manage

Slowest. Drivethru. Ever. Don’t come here unless u really have Time to waste on jus waiting for a cup of coffee. Coffee is sometimes great n sometimes it just tastes like water. I have water at home… Why am I paying for yours??? Donuts are only fresh really early in the AM– and the bagels are ok. Wouldn’t come here unless I had to.

Sometimes their coffee is great and sometimes it just misses the mark and all you get is hot water! I like my coffee a little on the dark side — muahhhh! This Tim Horton’s is a newer one and appears clean enough. Usually I just get the coffee. I can’t start the day off without this necessary cup of java!!!

I love my Tim Horton’s so it saddens me to only give this location one star. Since I work down the street, I’ve been to this location numerous times. The first visit was horrible and I made the mistake of going again, hoping they were just having a bad day. Expect an unusually long wait regardless of what time of day you go, every. single. time. Then you can probably expect for them to get your order wrong.
They seem to never be able to keep up with any of the baked goods and their donut selection is always extremely lacking. What gives???

Pathetic staff, old coffee, even cold coffee, dirty restrooms and lounge, the parking lot is a disaster, and traffic comming in and out causes more problems than good, I live close enough to hear all the accidents caused by poor layout planning of the entry and exits of the parking lot. This place does not represent the Tim Hortons I enjoy.

I like this place. Coffee is fresh and sugar to cream ratio is right on every time. That ratio is critical for enjoying the flavor. If it varies so will your day. Bad coffee makes criminals and is a known cause for increased rates of divorce. My marriage has seen some if it’s best days since this place opened up. We even have a child now.
It gets busy so I may switch between drive-​thru and inside.

I reviewed this place already but I just can’t keep quite. Why are they still open??? There has literally never been a time that I went and received what I ordered. Old coffee, rude staff. I don’t understand how this business is using the Tim hortins brand.

The workers are incapable of doing their job, why don’t they hire people who have at least some respect to the customer and some self awareness that their work carries Tim Horton’s name?
Is it that difficult to get order of Iced Capp with whip cream & caramel drizzle in medium size, correct?
I love Tim Hortons and this place is sadly but a shame. Please hire someone who can get order straight & sanitary conscious.

Nothing special really — I suggest going inside if it isn’t crowded. The drive thru is ALWAYS wrapped which also causing the parking spaces to get a little tight when you are trying to come in or leave.

If you looking for fast service then this might not be the place — only due the fact its popular; customer service is good (never had a problem).
