I have been a regular at TC’s Point after for many years. Their pork tenderloin is frequently voted #1 in the area, and deservedly so. Always served perfectly, with no gristle whatsoever. On a fresh bun with hot fries. WHATCOULDBEBETTER? Maybe their prime rib! My husband and I recently took a visiting friend to TC’s, especially for their prime rib. It is amazing… every time. The au jus is also perfect… with just the right touch of seasoning. Their cole slaw is my personal favorite of any restaurant I go to — and their baked potatoes are baked with salt rubbed on the outside — really wonderful. I’m giving them a five star rating, because every single thing about the food is amazing. But they really need to do something about the shabby back hallway, and old, worn out bathrooms…

Just from outside appearance I wasn’t to sure about taking the kids in to eat but this place is great. Love all the stuff on the walls. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The food was good. I gave it four stars though due to the shrimp I order was really greasy and expensive. My husband got the tenderloin though which they are known for and it was great! We will be going back!

We had been to TC’s a long time ago and really enjoyed it. We were driving through the area recently and wondered if they were still around so we exited off the highway into downtown DeWitt. Not only are they still there — they’re even better than we remembered! We both had a pork tenderloin sandwich — by far, the best one we have had in a long time! Anyone from the Midwest knows that there are pork tenderloin sandwiches — and then there are GOOD pork tenderloin sandwiches — and TC’s Point After has GOOD ones! Just the right thickness, the right size and so tender. My husband ordered his as a basket and we shared the homemade fries and the coleslaw. The coleslaw was excellent also — the fries were good, too, but could have been left in the fryer just a couple minutes longer, but still tasted nice & fresh. The atmosphere is fascinating if you’re a sports person; lots of memorabilia from Midwest professional & college teams. The service was great too; waitress was fast & friendly! We will definitely exit the highway again the next time we’re in the area!

The prime rib dip sandwich is as good as it gets. The homemade fries are close to perfect, another minute in the fryer please. Coleslaw excellent. Service friendly and professional.

We have had their fried tenderloins at the fair, so we made the trip to the bar. What a fun and friendly place! The server we had was amazing, and we had a great time. My only complaint is that I personally do not care for the food… my hubby loves it, but everything is a little too deep –fried for my tastes. If you would however like a great deep fried tenderloin, than this for sure is a good choice.

Where else can you find a television in the bathroom, along with Elvis? Autographed sports posters on the wall. Killer soups. Awesome tenderloins(and we do know tenderloins). Do not pass up a chance to stop in here. Make a detour, if necessary.

This place is a steak house and bar. When you walk in this place it’s like walking into a Iowa Hawkeyes store. LOL the place is loaded with sports memorabilia from all kinds of teams from this area. The staff is very friendly and eager to get everything right. I had the porterhouse steak and it was good. The coleslaw was out of this world. Expect to spend about 30 to 40 dollars here.
