Established in 1992.
IdealAir Heating and Cooling, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Jim Manders and Tom Orde. Jim and Tom both began their HVAC careers with another local HVAC contractor, and now combine over 40 years of experience in the HVAC business. Our design department is headed up by Mark Christens, a state-certified HVAC design engineer with over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry.
