Zoom Air

Went here for my sons 13^th birthday. The entire family enjoyed themselves. This is about the best family bonding experience you can find. Where else can you get your 15 year and 13 year old son to laugh and work together to beat dear old Mom and Dad? The staff was great, the price was reasonable and the courses were challenging enough not to be boring. We spent almost 3 hours there completing all three course and enjoyed every bit of it. The only disappointment was that the weather was damp and for safety purposes they were not allowing anyone to go the Tarzan swing route. Totally understandable. The only reason, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because we have been on other zip lines that the views from the canopies were better but this course makes up for views with challenges. Be ready to sweat and feed hungry kids after this workout!

Zoomair is fun but some employees are very rude (Brian) especially was rude! Some are friendly employees tho! I was stuck and told Brian and he yelled at me for being stuck! Also told someone at the front desk and told me it wasn’t the first time someone has complained about Brian then brushed it off like it was nothing!

It doesn’t look like much from the road, but once you get up in the trees it is fantastic. Two adults and one 9 year old all loved it! A great value for the price. We had a blast! You will sweat a lot, but in between courses you can stop and get a drink.
Most staff was really great BUT we arrived at a very busy time on a Sunday. Admissions closed down while they waited for more gloves and small harnesses for kids. When we arrived there was nobody to explain what was going on, and the woman at admissions, when she appeared, was clearly overwhelmed and not handling it very well.
There was also a LONG wait for the training session, and no clearly marked signs for where to go or when the next session would start, and there was no staff nearby to ask.
So, we got off to a rough start, but once we did start, it was a great experience with truly helpful staff and fun, challenging courses. If management can iron out the problems, I would give it five stars.

Wow! What an amazing morning my son’s (9 and 12) and their twin cousins (16) had at Zoom air yesterday. They offered 3 courses of high energy, challenging zip courses that would appeal to any age! We would DEFINITELY go back!

HAD A BLAST!!! Never Zip Lined before and nephew convinced me! He told me it would be a lot like work as I am a firefighter. So, took the wife and three teen aged sons. We all had a blast. Didn’t know it was an obstacle course! But that made it all the fun. We chose all three courses and the second one seemed the toughest. Tip: Make sure if you are going to swing into the net, SIT ON THE SECOND KNOT! Was never concerned with safety. You double lock in and they teach you in a small class before you go up. Will definitely go back!

It takes less than half the time they state, upgrade fees are exorbitant, and the staff just don’t care. Very poor value for money.

We had never ziplined before; we did the first 2 courses. 1^st 1 was fun & pretty short… 2^nd was much more challenging, difficult obstacle courses, taller & longer ziplines. Overall you are alone up there, and I got scared a couple of times. Also it’s a good workout; I’m pretty in shape but all of my muscles and joints were sore for a few days afterward. Looking back though, this was a great experience. You learn a lot about yourself (fear of heights, etc), and it’s a good feeling of accomplishment to finish the courses. It is a unique experience you won’t forget. Staff there is very friendly and helpful; our rental car battery was dead when we were finished and 1 of the staff members walked around to the customers in the parking lot asking if anyone had jumper cables; he found someone who did and jumped our car so we could get back to the hotel. Very nice of him. Later that day we went to a Harley Davidson shop in the area that had a 20% off Zoom Air coupon available in a pamphlet by the front door. So try to get the coupon before you go!

I went here for a date a few months back and had an amazing time, but you don’t have to be in a couple to enjoy ZoomAIR! The instructors focus on safety and help first time zipliners ease into the challenge of the obstacle course. There are three levels for your climbing enjoyment, but I only had the opportunity to tackle the beginner level.
I do like that there isn’t a children’s course, so despite being along Speedway Blvd there is some semblance of peace and quiet. Parents that take their kids on the course truly need to be responsible and watch after their children as although instructors supervise the climbs, they are not participating in the climb with the group. We chose to stay at the end of our group so as to fully enjoy the experience. I felt like a Girl Scout all over again! :)
I am looking forward to the chance to attempt the second and third levels, but unless it’s early in the day or during one of their Night Zoom events, I may wait until fall as the summer heat has arrived. If you check out their FB page, they have a weekly drawing for free passes (announced each Monday with the deadlines on early Thursday afternoon). Though I have yet to win, I keep trying. ;)
Those coming up from Port Orange/​NSB, take Nova Road up, and you’ll shave some time off having to back track via Speedway Blvd.

Good fun at a good price. But I was very concerned as, I took my 11yr old twin nieces here & after a brief instructional from one of the workers, my girls & another child were left to do the courses by themselves without much further instruction. I understand, it was close to closing time, as we did arrive late in the day. But if it were not for me paying close attention during the initial instructions of how to hook the ropes & pulley, my girls may have been injured! Especially as I couldn’t keep my eyes on both at the same time & there was no one there to spot the other at any given time. Sigh. Well, non the less, we had fun, but I don’t think we’ll be returning.

We saw the signs for ziplines as we were heading into the Daytona Beach area. Having never done it myself I wanted to give it a try. Upon entering I was a little weary because it is in the middle of a park and a frisbee golf course.
I was looking at the prices and thought that it wasn’t too bad of a deal, but couldn’t figure out where the course was. I looked around and was a bit hesitant, but decided to give it a try. I am certainly glad that I did!
They make you go through a training at first which is very beneficial. I am glad they walked us through it as I had no prior experience. The training also gets you familiar with the way the course will work so take it seriously.
Going into the first course I thought it would be a breeze, but know that this is not just a casual zipline. This is a workout! Just because it doesn’t look that high or hard doesn’t mean it is easy!
The staff was super friendly and they have someone on the ground near you the entire time. Safety is a priority here! I felt very safe the entire time I was there.
There are 3 courses in total. The second course was very challenging, but super fun! There are multiple ziplines on each course as well as other obstacles. I had an absolute blast! If I am ever in the area again I am going back!
I HIGHLY suggest trying it if you are in the area and up for an adventure and a workout! You won’t regret it!

This is a series of «games» and zip lines. The games are like walking a tightrope, or a ladder made of swings. Totally fun and the staff is great. My only complaint is that they didn’t build a kids course here (like they have at their sister location at the Sanford zoo) because I have one kid complaining ;). I guess the park isn’t really equipped for that as it would interfere with the disc golf. It is a must try.
