History

Established in 1999.

The Pastry Studio is located in the heart of Daytona Beach, Florida, nestled amid a row of small specialty shops just blocks from the beach on Seabreeze Boulevard.

It is our goal to create products that are beautiful, absolutely delicious and full of artistic expression. We utilize the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.

The Pastry Studio is known for our impeccable attention to detail and unlimited design possibilities. From classic to contemporary designs, we can make your cake the showpiece it is meant to be.

We serve the Greater Daytona Beach and Central Florida area including Orlando, Winter Park, Heathrow, Palm Coast and St. Augustine.

Meet the Business Owner

Sherri M.

Business Owner

Sherri is a graduate of the Institute of the South for Hospitality and Culinary Arts and also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. In addition, sherri’s background includes studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, the International Sugar Art Collection in Atlanta, and the French Pastry School in Chicago.

As a Chef instructor, Sherri has taught baking and pastry arts in the culinary departments at Daytona State College and Florida State College in Jacksonville.

The Pastry Studio’s cake designs have been featured in BRIDES, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, the Knot, Weddings Illustrated, Brides Florida, Beautiful Bride, several other notable magazines and multiple National Blogs including Preston Bailey & Oprah​.com.
