Nasty complex infested with cock roaches, drunks who beat their wives, drug dealing college students, rogue fire arms going off in the parking lot, dogs howling at all hours, and a completely inept administrative staff. They will take advantage of you and charge obscene charges, going against what the office staff has previously stated and promised. The office staff has a new employee almost weekly, if that tells you anything. Shit floats in the swimming pools. Literally.
Steer clear if at all possible. I know it’s a deal, and they allow dogs, but it is not worth it.
