I got an oil change from them, turns out they left TWO rags in my engine in the belt. DO NOT GO HERE.

found an advertisement for an oil change and they were close by. pulled up and asked for an oil change. the mechanic asked what kind of oil I wanted. I replied, «I think 10 – 40???» He then replied, «We have it down for 30.» If they had an answer then why ask me. I’m a girl.
I asked, «How long will this take?» Mechanic said, «about 15 minutes. just walk over to the office.» I asked, «Do I pay now or after.» He replied, «Just go to the office.» I replied, «I’m going across the street on an errand and will be back.»
15 minutes later I returned. They hadn’t started the job at all. Went to the office. The salesman was talking to an elder woman and was being conned by instilling fear of $ 200-​$ 400 repairs if she didn’t get an oil filter done. This sleazy sales guy was really badgering her to invest in services she didn’t come for or needed or could fix herself.
When I spoke to this salesperson, he said they didn’t have the oil filter for my vehicle. He’d have to go to NAPA and buy it then start the job. I thought this is their primary business? Why don’t they have supplies? Then the salesperson was trying to upsell me the most expensive oil. He was so rude saying the oil he was selling me was required by my vehicle. So I asked him to show me where it says that. He did and it said «recommended» so, no the oil he recommended wasn’t mandatory.
The Xpress in their name must be for how fast they want to cheat you out of your hard earned money! Don’t be fooled by their discounts, ads or promo signs. Once you visit their office, they’ll try to swindle you like a sleazy car salesman.
We got outta there before they did any work. Who knows if they’d purposely break something so they’d have to fix it for you.

went here for an oil change because i thought it was cheap as there was a sign out front 18.95 oil change. there were absolutely no customers at 10 am so i went. they tried telling me there was no oil on my dip stick which i knew was a lie because i had checked it before i went there and they said i needed some oil additive which i declined. well 15 minutes later i went to pay and they charged me for the additive anyway and the basic oil change came to 55 dollars!!! i was in a hurry so i just paid it and left. all i can say is customer beware!!!
