Horrible! The restaurant’s menu says to enjoy their homemade bread but when we asked they said they have no bread. One of the salads had hair in it. The steak came out cold. The shrimp Scampi was tasteless. There was no spice, no garlic, nothing. This was overall terrible experience

I stayed at the holiday inn this weekend and since there was rain all day Saturday I stayed in and ate/drank here. Nothing spectacular at all however that’s not what I was expecting. Drinks were inexpensive and good. We also ate the sampler well as the fried fish sandwich all of which were pretty good bar food. I did not get an opportunity to stay for the live music at night or go outside which looked very nice with the fire pits pool and seating.

My sister and I wanted to have dinner at a place within walking distance from our hotel. The front desk staff recommended H2O, which is located in the Holiday Inn on S. Atlantic Ave in Daytona Beach. The front desk staff at the Holiday Inn was friendly and directed us to the restaurant. It was early, about 5pm and we were the only two there for dinner. There were two men sitting at the bar. This was early November, so it is considered Daytona Beach’s off-season. Our waitress was great, we ordered margaritas and the bartender was not the real bartender, she was just filling in until the real bartender arrived. She had never made frozen margaritas before, so she came over and asked us if they were OK. The drinks were fine. We ordered our dinner, starting with coconut shrimp, I couldn’t taste very much coconut though. For our meal I ordered Scallops Saint Timothy and it was very good. My sister had the chicken cordon blu, it also was very good and the chicken was moist and not dried out. The entrees came with choice of soup or salad and choice of potato, rice or vegetable. The prices were reasonable and we would go there again if we come back to the Daytona Beach area.

H20 is worse then Dennys. Automatic 18% tip. Mediocre service. Food is bland. Went here twice during visit. Drinks are weak and over priced. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to a reputable restaurant.

Food was really good! Ate lunch there and will probably try breakfast and/or dinner. Yes, they add an automatic 18% gratuity and I was fine with that as the server was great, the bartender engaging, and I enjoyed the food so I’m ok with the gratuity.

The best food i have ate in a long time. Hands down the freshest not cheap made food. The service is amazing and everything on the menu is less than 10 bucks. Ocean view poolside service. I had to order the food again to take home. Yum yum. Great hospitality also i have never gave a place a good rating

We just ate here for the first time. Rachel our server was outstanding. She did everything possible to make our visit a success. Dispite some of the difficult people in my party. Unfortunately, she seemed to be hindered more by the policies and failures of the restaurant management then her unwillingness to make our visit a fun. Credit card system was down so we had to use ATM, causing us fees. Wanted to use a gift certificate, but partly due to my error, Rachel and another hotel staff who’s name I did not get, had to jumped through hoops to try and resolve the issue. Management polcy made this a chore for everuone. Overall food was excellent. Priced at tourist pricing, it was worth the money. Everyone finish their meal and enjoyed its flavor and freshness. If management can get their act together and focus on its customers, this restaurant would be a definite repeat visit for me. Servers like Rachel and their food could keep people coming back.

Oceanside dining… their potato skins and lamb were very good and our server Sarah was excellent… definitely will return!

Although we don’t typically patronize chains very often… this hotel had a great little restaurant! Nice people and decent enough food. The things we ordered were a bit TGI Fridays/Applebee’s/Chilis-ish, but it was fine for the price. Charming décor and friendly staff.

If you are in the area H2O is not a bad little place to pop in for a drink. Prices aren’t bad and sitting ocean side is nice. Calm crowd. People watching at its best!
