There was a hiccough or two in the repair, one that was Fields’ mistake. The other, fault could not be absolutely established. A third, definitely not their fault, just a simple maintenance thing I had overlooked. All were taken care of by Fields, no extra charge.
Customer service was outstanding, under the circumstances. Both Jason and Louise went out of their way to satisfy us, including some after hours work on their part. Our experience with the collision center and with the dealership guarantees our next car will be from Fields.

My four month old BMW was rear ended and since I normally go to Fields BMW for service, I figured I would stop by at this location. The staff here are amazing — they make sure the customer sees the best results for their repairs and they stand behind the product.
Unfortunately, the two star deduction comes from the level of quality checking. My car still had rubbing compound and some dirt particles buried in the paint when I went to pick up the car. I waited another two hours for the finishing touches on the car. Perhaps it was the holiday weekend… not sure.

Just found out that the whole staff and techs quit… now dealing with new staff who knows nothing about my car!
Should of taken the car elswhere!
