Port Orange, FL
As a tentant of property, which they manage has been nothing short of aggravating. The property has been slapped with a unsafe notice, by the city of Port Orange, in January. They have been neglecting repairs, which have major safety and health issues (electrical & structural). I have had to seek legal council, to serve them w/​notice to withhold rent. Today, a pipe burst, between the meter and the building, flooding the street and yard. After being insulted, by Steve’s unprofessional and foul language, I am left w/​o water, and facing a plumbing bill, that is NOT my responsibility. This company is deficient in professionalism, edging on illegal practices. Save yourself and go elsewhere, for housing needs, unless .you have an attorney in the family. !
