Retired recently and have been consolidating various business and personnal accounts into one. Thought the credit union would be a friendly effecient place to do personal banking during retirement. Time to move on.
This place is just a mediocre bank like most of the rest.
I added an HSA account on june 2 and was told I would recieve checks, debit card and would be set up for online bill pay within 7 – 10 days. It is now july 3 and I still cannot pay medical bills as promised. Many phone calls and many promises since and everyone I talk to is the same. Tell me what I want to hear and then do nothing.
Beware of this Credit Union!!!
