Best chocolate and coffee in Dayton! Awesome service. Great quality. You’ll love it!

Great coffee and staff is always friendly. I’m giving it a 4 because not a lot of food selection. I did try a muffin and it was very dry. But if you go for coffee or chocolate it’s a great place.

Used to love this place. We have been here numerous times for the wine and chocolate pairings. Today we went in expecting a special Valentine experience. However, that is not what happened. We sat down in the bar area and waited. And waited. And waited. All 3 workers saw we were sitting there, one male worker walked by us twice and just ignored us. Left after 15 minutes to spend our money elsewhere.

Delicious chocolate and fine wine selection, not much to dislike here. Creative Christmas gift selection here this time of year for a hard to buy relative/friend/SO. Service is very helpful if choosing wine is difficult for you. Also have a great coffee selection I would put up against a Starbucks, caribou coffee etc. great place to visit!!!

FYI, don’t get the smoothies or milkshakes here. We came here the other day for some and the consistency of both were just too watery. My buckeye milkshake was basically a cup of chocolate milk almost… and for almost $ 5! You’re better off going down to the Tropical Smoothie Café for a smoothie. And stick to the chocolate and coffee at Winan’s.

If you want fresh coffee, this place is it. When I walked in this place, the variety of fresh coffee hit me. You can buy a lb of their coffee beans and they will grind the coffee beans for you. They even serve tea too. Now, I know what i am getting my coffee loving folks for Christmas ^_^

Winan’s is by far my favorite coffee shop around. Awesome coffee, delicious chocolate, nice little wine selection, and friendly staff. I go every day in the week and my coffee is great every time! Highlander Grogg is awesome! The prices are also pretty reasonable– so glad to have decent coffee to drink around here; Starbucks just… isn’t my cup of tea ;) Ps: Double Dark Meltaway chocolates and bourbon cherries are a must try!

Pricy but the wine and chocolate tastings are fun! My favorite are the chocolate covered orange peels.

First non-Starbucks coffee spot I’ve been to since moving to Dayton. So delicious! Their lattes come in pretty much every flavor you can think of, and their sea salt caramels are to die for!

I was in training at the Air Force Base in Dayton and when I travel I always go to local wine places so of course I’m going to try this place! Walking in you immediately get the smell of coffee, soooo good. I didn’t go to the counter at first just to see if anyone would help me and a lady by the name of Joy came out and explained the place to me which I think is important. When I told her it was my first time she offered me a free chocolate to try to welcome me. I decided to get some coffee which they grounded for me and to do a wine and chocolate tasting for 20 $. It was very good. Overall I really liked this place. The atmosphere and the employees are very inviting. The wine was delicious and so was the chocolate! They have a large selection to choose from. This is definitely a place to see!

So I love their various latte options! Especially when they can make a dark chocolate, caramel and praline latte that just makes my morning!!! They even have a salted caramel option that is amazing! If they make one you really like make sure you remember what’s in it or the name because they do rotate flavors to mix it up and they aren’t afraid to get creative and change up with new creations but they’ll make whatever you ask for! They have their standard amazing coffees, lattes and fraps that are extremely delicious and a variety to choose from that really beat out Starbucks in my humble opinion! Also do their wine and chocolate pairing… YUM! Teas are exceptional as well!

Good coffee, great selection, excellent chocolate selection, spacious environment, clean. What more is there to say? They welcome anyone. Come here; you won’t regret it.

The only reason I’m not giving Winans five stars is because of their wine. It’s not spectacular in any sense. However, their coffee and chocolate is to die for – especially the coffee. Up to this point, I always went to Starbucks for coffee – until now. I never thought I’d say this, but I finally found a coffee place way better than Starbucks and one that has never disappointed. Now, Starbucks coffee seems mediocre at best. I think it always has been, but it just took going to a quality coffee establishment for me to see that. Highly recommend their blueberry brew, Irish crème brew, and Highlander grogg if you want fresh, undeniably good coffee. From flavored brews to lattes to regular coffee, you’ll find something to love. You will keep coming back. Oh, and their tea is wonderful, as well!

Whether you’re picking up something special for yourself or someone else, Winan’s is the place to go when you’re seeking a gift above the ordinary. The coffees are nicely roasted, wine selection is terrific and the chocolates are divine. Always clean and well presented inside. Nice, friendly staff will get to know you and your poison. Definitely stop in if you prefer locally roasted beans and excellent service that the Bucks just can’t provide.

Winan’s Fine Chocolates and Coffees appeal to lovers of chocolate, wine and caffeine! Maybe it’s because I frequent many coffee shops and see similar offerings of drinks, so I appreciate a shop that offers different and creative hot drinks. Their menu consists of coffees inspired by chocolate creations such as Buckeye Blend(a chocolate and cream coffee drink) or Jolly Java(a flavor mixture of chocolate, toasted nuts and whiskey). Their teas sound enchanting, with offerings such as cinnamon plum, coconut oolong, tangerine ginger, and many more. I am sold! The barista was very friendly, helpful, and patient when I ordered a white peony tea. They decorated their white shelves with petite gift bags full of chocolates, and their glass counter overflows with varieties of drizzled chocolate squares, bon bons, and treats like almond bark and caramels. Additionally, wines line their shelves from top to bottom, so they have a bar counter and a wide-screen TV to enjoy the wines and a bartender to help with making the best of the experience. I think this place requires additional visits in order to fully experience their complete menus of coffee, tea, chocolates, and wines. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Love it! My first review in Ohio and I chose right! Artisan coffee, fresh roasted in house, plus decadent chocolates and creative recipes for lattes and coffees alike! My goal had been to not frequent a place more than once but my coffee is special thing… Starbucks won’t do, not when I can enjoy a locally owned shop that is 10 times better and much higher quality! Did I mention there’s a drive thru for convenience and a wine bar on the opposite side of the chocolate display case!?! What the hell… If I find myself in need a study space for this class… I’ll be coming here especially since they have two really quaint nooks with contemporary yet comfy looking chairs and tables that are quiet enough for one to actually think. Dayton keep it up! Impress me more! Big thank you to Cherry for her super friendly personality and welcoming feeling she provided! She went above and beyond to make an out of tower feel right at home. :)

Beavercreek Winan’s is a great coffee shop. Love that it has a drive thru window. Good selection of coffee/beverages. They have wonderful chocolates and nice packages for gift ideas! They have a loyalty card so you can earn free drinks.

This franchise location opened just five weeks ago and I’ve been twice. Very nice insides and it can get extremely busy on Saturday’s. The coffees are very good. It is too bad they don’t have ceramic cups, though. There’s just something wrong about drinking an espresso from a paper cup. The chocolates are good. The toffee, Bavarian mint and caramel all look the same and when we ordered the toffee and caramel we were given two Bavarian mint by mistake. The staff were very apologetic. They are new and it was very busy. I like the toffees and cherry cordials and my wife likes the«wurtles»(turtles). The price for both coffee and chocolate is reasonable. We have not been here for the wine, but will definitely have to try it some day. Nice addition to the Dayton area.

I am definitely a fan!!! Although this place has not been open for long, I found it quite crowded the last time I was in. Their coffee is good(nothing over the top) and their chocolate is delish. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the tab for the chocolate that I didn’t need. Somehow it makes gorging on calorically dense items, with very little nutritional value, just a smidge easier to swallow. Their chocolate is extremely reasonable. Godiva quality with a hershey’s price. The salted caramel and raspberry cream were my favorite. Yum-O!!! When in the area you have to stop by. You surely will not be disappointed!

I went in for coffee, perused their chocolate selection, & glanced at their wine stock. Their coffee selection is good. They have a couple flavored coffees that are just flavored beans so no sugar. I went with the snickerdoodle-flavored coffee(the other was choco raspberry). It has hints of cinnamon just like you’d expect so I like it. They have packaged chocolate for sale & you can purchase chocolates individually. They mainly have milk & dark, some white. Overall, they have a modest selection covering the basics like caramel, nuts, toffee. I like that all the chocolates are relatively small so if you want just a couple bites, you won’t be tempted to eat much more(=. The wine selection is decent but I didn’t pay too much attention to it since I was just in for a morning coffee. The staff is very nice & friendly. The place is quiet & has a relaxing environment. It was kind of hard for me to find at first. It’s near the Hilton garden inn & right next to smoothie king. Also, prices seemed reasonable. A medium coffee cost me $ 1.90.
