Service is generally quick once you’re in and employees are polite. Wait time varies, but sometimes on weekdays there is no line at all, so I try to go then.
You stay in your vehicle during the oil change, which is handy when you have kids with you.
They do try pretty hard to talk you into extras at every visit– it just depends on which employee as to exactly how pushy they are. Be prepared to firmly tell them «no».
Full prices are high, but there are always coupons available so I never pay full price there.
