History

Established in 1985.

Virginia Miller founded this business in 1985. She brought a dedication to her clients and extensive knowledge of tax law to her work, which resulted in a large, very loyal following. Her daughter, Caren Manser, took over ownership of the business in January 2005. Today, Caren brings the same dedication and caring for her clients to her work, as well as extensive and continuously updated knowledge of current tax laws.

Born a Northerner, my family moved to Rhea County, Tennessee in March 1979. I grew up in Dayton, and am very happy to have my business here. My home is in Hixson, TN, and my two teenage daughters have grown up to be wonderful young ladies. I attended University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and am a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Society of Tax Professionals.
