The food was freshly made, so this McDonald’s location gets three stars. However, I ordered the new Haberno Ranch Quarter Pounder and the Bacon and Cheese Quarter Pounder. The order screen incorrectly reflected two B&C Quarter Pounders, but the voice behind the intercom left before I could address the issue. I told the cashier at the first window about the incorrect order, and he changed it on the spot, no problems. I picked up my order(which was already in the bag and waiting) at the second window. I asked if my order was updated and the girl just read from the screen, without checking the bag. After I pulled away, I realized to my frustration that I got two B&C Quarter Pounders, and not the Haberno Ranch one like I wanted. To the credit of McDonald’s, the burgers were of a really high quality, but it still didn’t make up for my order being wrong after I asked for it to be corrected.
