Kline & Associates

I went to see them for the first time back in December 2013 and I wasn’t exactly thrilled with the experience, but I called a week after my first appointment to book a second one. They made me wait 3 weeks for a second appointment, which was pretty bad I thought, but okay, I was still determined to get help. I was prepared to ask them point blank: why should I spend my time and money seeing you? I didn’t get a chance to ask this, as my mother called me a day before my second appointment to tell me that they had rescheduled me a week later with a different therapist. So not only did Bruce Kline & Associates move my appointment around on short notice, they didn’t even think it was important enough to call me, the patient, to tell me about it. Forget not terribly helpful, they were unprofessional, rude, and stupid. If this is the best Dayton, Ohio has to offer and you need psychological therapy, then you are shit out of luck. Avoid Bruce Kline & Associates at all costs.
