How can you review a company on workmanship and professionalism when you can’t get the company to show up after they recive the payment

Update: Most professional companies would have jumped at the chance to show they’ve made some changes in how they do business. This company continued to give the runaround, harass me, miss appointments, and do shoddy work. Several times they had to come out after a tech left their valve loose and the refrigerant leaked out, leaving us with an inoperable unit (they said they fired their tech who wasn’t doing good work, after rehiring him when he said he had changed his ways!).
This company has proven twice that they are incapable of doing work to satisfaction, and borderline unsafe — I would not trust this company with electric and gas products that could kill me and my family if done incorrectly, not worth the risk. As I had my suspicions about their safety, I checked their licensure through the state — it looks like the license they advertise under is assigned to another company in town with their insurance expired (see picture). Very sketchy, I would avoid at all costs!

Great company, great service fair decent pricing. Highley recommend this company ! Can’t please everyone… they certainly did me !!
