History

Established in 2013.

At Developing Focus we offer a variety of photography and design services to meet the art needs of individuals, small businesses, and organizations. We do candid style portraits, fine art, event, travel/​tourism, product photography and graphic design. We also offer a selection of stock photography for use on websites and documents.

Our style is laid back and informal, favoring a photo journalistic approach with the occasional, artsy flair. Our printing options enable you to order everything from wallet sized prints to canvas wall art, keychains, mugs, cards, apparel, and more.

We are interested in image licensing, wholesale orders, interior design inquiries, custom projects, and gallery representation.

Loura L.

Business Owner

Specializing in macro (close-​up) photography, candid style portraits, fine art, and small product photography, Loura’s favorite subjects are flowers, parks, water, small towns, and children.

Trained at Ohio University, Athens, Loura loves experimenting with designs, colors, patterns, and light. Loura’s style favors a photo-​journalistic approach of bold, vibrant colors and realistic subjects, but she also makes room for images with a more artsy flair. She believes that capturing people, animals, and places in normal, day-​to-​day circumstances is far more meaningful and reflective of individual personalities and stories, than traditional posing and studios.
