Our favorite Sunday morning breakfast spot! Have never had a bad meal here! Janelle is the best waitress ever!!!

This was not a good experience. It took 10 mons once seated for my server to get my order. 35 min later I was still waiting for my food. Not the servers fault. They are running around not even having time to clean up the dirty tables. The one next to each remained messy for 20 mins. Obviously they do not have enough staff in all the areas which makes me not want to be back in a hurry. My server Angie was polite and got my order correct. She did her best.

Used to be good service. Last couple times very slow. Seated almost 10 minutes before drink order. Almost half hour to get food and they were not very busy.. Couldn’t even keep our coffee cups full and we drink slow. Empty coffee cups sat on end of table 10 minutes before refill then only the got one refill entire time there Wife’s food cold. Probably not coming back to this one again

Friendly staff both in the front area and inside the restaurant. The dinner meal — meatloaf, mashed potatoes, baked carrots, and fresh apple slices — was good. In my experience, Cracker Barrel consistently provides good service and a good meal. Of particular note, their food is fresh and healthy as opposed to so many other chain restaurants. The only real complaint is that this restaurant(and many others) does a less than average job of keeping the floor(underneath the tables) clean, which is disagreeable on a multiple levels.

We visited this Cracker Barrel about 3:30 pm. There was no hostess. After a few minutes, a server said we will be right with you. We had her go by later, look and smile. Five minutes later I saw a server look and put her face down and the towel down then strode over very fake friendly to seat us. She wound up being our server. Kim who had 4 stars on her apron. I ordered a chef salad and my husband the haddock dinner. She brought my chef salad out and not my husbands. Five minutes later she brought a tray out with my husbands food and another customers on the same tray. The other customer had came after us. She served the other customer first then came back to our table to give my husband his food. She passed us to get to the other customer. She must have a large personal space issue as not once did she face us. She would stand sideways and behind us to talk to us. I could not see her with my peripheral vision. I observed another male server stick just his head and hand out to holler out at his table of ladies if they needed anything. What happened to customer service. I personally think it is rude not to come to a table you are serving and actually look at the customers. I believe this restaurant needs some positive encouragement and training with the servers. If it was busy, I might have understood a bit more why our service might be affected. The lady at the check out counter had another employee trying to ask her questions and, thankfully, put her finger up to finish cashing our bill out to allow her to talk to her. She admitted she should not have butted in. The cashier said that thankfully another employee wasn’t there or they would both have already been in trouble.

I was pretty excited to see a Cracker Barrel on our trip to Ohio, since we don’t have them at home. I must say it was only so-so this time. Could be because we came so close to closing time but the food was only EH this time.

The Multi-berry Breakfast Special was not berry special or berry hot or berry good. The service was even worse. It will be a long time before I try them again.

Very slow service. Seems like every time we come here the service is slow and the wait staff lacks enthusiasm. We came on a Thursday for brunch and it wasn’t very crowded yet it took quite a while to get our food. Sad because we love eating at Cracker Barrel, just not this one so much.

Rubbery pancakes and to top it off… a long blonde hair in the pancakes! At least the manager came out to say he doesn’t know how it happened…

We frequent this restaurant and I’m always very pleased! The portions are rediculous huge and the coffee, I feel, is some of the best around. And my cup is never even close to empty whole we’re there. The staff at this location are super friendly. They even replaced the to-go cup of coffee my grandma forgot at the table that was thrown away without any hesitation. I love their gifts shop and always spend way too much time and money there. Only had one problem here and that was that my turkey sausage patty was very under cooked and pretty much raw in the center. The server was very apologetic and replaced it right away. Other than that our meals have always been perfect here. The French Toast is my go-to everytime!

Slow, slow, slow. The food is decent, but the service is far from it. We waited nearly 10 minutes for our drinks. Our«Shining Star» was anything but. Her shitty attitude and poor service didn’t make anything better. She messed up the food, neglected refills, and side cups. Perhaps it was because her section was too big and she is new, either way I am NOT impressed. Management was no where to be found. Tables were left dirty for extended periods of time, also without a bus person. However, the high point of the evening was the cashier at check-out, Briana. What an upbeat and personable young lady! Huge thumbs up on this employee. Disappointed. The service is hit or miss here. Will not be coming back for quite awhile, if at all.

This location isn’t as good at customer service as the other CB’s I’ve visited.

What I love about chain restaurants is consistency. I don’t visit Cracker Barrels often but when I do I know exactly how my food is going to look and taste. I got the chicken and dumplin’ and tasted great! Love the biscuits too! Our server was awesome and really took great care of us! Highly recommend if you like inexpensive home style meals.

We had a good breakfast here, even though it was 1 o clock in the afternoon. The wait staff left a little to be desired, had to ask twice for the same thing… but them biscuits & gravy were well worth it!!!

Typical fare for your typical Cracker Barrel. The food hardly varies, quality wise from unit to unit. The service and cleanliness of the restaurant does. We had a decent meal, with horrific service. I give Cracker Barrel a 1 Star, frankly, it would be a Zero stars, for one reason; something on the corporate level. It is not Rocket Science, nor does it seem to be giving away trade secrets, to give customers access to nutritional information on the food that they sell. It seems impossible to believe that in these days with people who need nutritional information for diabetic and sodium issues, or just those who are carb counting, cannot get this information out of Cracker Barrel corporate. 4 Stars for our food. 3 stars for service. 0 Stars for the stone walling over nutritional information, for a rating of 0 stars. Buyer Beware. Take your business elsewhere. @Removeyourhat

I use to eat Cracker Barrel all the time in Florida. But when I had to fly out to a business trip to Ohio, I was pleasantly surprised to see one this far up north. I honestly thought it was southern type restaurant. Like all Cracker Barrel’s, the entrance has a small little store for you to buy random little things. Being that I was in Ohio, I wanted to get some Buckyeye’s. It took me a while before I found some. But eventually was able to buy it as a souvenir for my friends back at home. The daily lunch specials from what I remember were pretty good. I happened to get the turkey and gravy combo when I was there. I remembered from my previous trips to order the muffin and corn bread. The meal for me wasn’t too satisfying since I tend to eat a little more than what was offered. But who can complain. I’m sure I got enough calories for 2 meals during that meal. But overall the service was exceptional! I would recommend this place for anyone who hasn’t tried southern style cooking.

Dependable, inexpensive, home style cooking. We had a decent dinner for under $ 10 each.
