If I could leave zero stars, I would. I used this bank’s drive up ATM. I paid their three dollar service charge because it is not my bank. The ATM gave me a receipt saying they had taken $ 203 out of my account, but the machine never gave me my money, so I went inside the bank. I showed them my receipt and told them that I had been charged $ 203 at their ATM, but that the ATM did not give me my money. I asked them if they would view their video feed and verify that the machine had not given me my money and to give me the $ 200. They told me no. They explained that I would have to take up the issue with my bank and have my bank refund my money. Knowing that my bank would have to wait till the money cleared, investigate it themselves viewing the video feed, and would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money, I explained to them that I would be out $ 203 for over a week when it would be simple for them to simply view the video feed, see that I wasn’t given my money, and give me my money since they had clearly taken it from me. No, it is their policy to do nothing in this situation. I feel that I was clearly robbed. They have the video feed to prove it and they kept my money anyway. Now, not only do I not have $ 200, I have to wait a week to get it back. This is a very stupid policy and on top of that I was treated very rudely by the Bank employee. She treated me as if I was trying to rip them off, when I was just trying to get the money they had taken from me. I will never use any of their services again and I hope you won’t either.
