Staff put together an excellent review of Android Smart Phones. Very helpful and willing to stay longer than planned to help with specific questions. They installed the update to Android 2.2 in my Moto XT720 and it works without a glitch.
I have been a Cincy Bell customer since they first started selling cell phones and with only one problem, the refusal to unlock my smart phone, I have been completely satisfied. Not the store’s fault, it is a corporate policy that i have written the CEO and Chief Marketing Officer about.
