All Pro Towing

I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve been sitting here for over 2 ½ hours in my car as I write this. I was continually lied to saying the driver is enroute. Just got off the phone with this company, and the guy that answered the phone says «Oh Jesus Christ, just call someone else!» And hangs up on me. If you can’t tow cars don’t keep lying to people saying your going to be there in 15 minutes for over 2 ½ hours! I work for MetLife and whom I used the roadside service through, and I’m going to work on having this company pulled from our roadside service list as well as other insurance companies I write for.

My truck broke down today in downtown Dayton, OH. I called my insurance company’s roadside assistance number. They apparently contacted All Pro an I was given an ETA of 2.5 hours. My truck was parked at a 2 hour restricted meter and I’d already used nearly 45 minutes of that. I called All Pro directly, and a rather disinterested man told me I needed to call my insurance company and tell them a 2 hour window wasn’t acceptable. He didn’t even offer to try to expedite service. Instead, I cancelled the insurance call and contacted Hollis Towing. They were there in 15 minutes and charged me less than half what All Pro was going to cost. Save the trouble and hassle. Call Hollis directly, and forget All Pro.
