Hill Design Associates Architects, Inc. (HDA Architects) is a Georgia Corporation formed in 1998. We are commercial Architects focusing on complex project types. Much of our work lies in the medical fields. Other areas include general commercial work, city and county projects as well as historic preservation.

As full service planners and architects we are involved in all phases of the project. Often times that starts with project planning and budgeting. Site analysis and feasibility studies are also common on our projects.

History

As architects, we work side by side with our clients to explore creative and efficient alternatives, evaluate their costs and benefits, always keeping any special conditions in mind.

Our experience has led us to the knowledge that good decisions, made early, have the most impact on the success of a project.

At HDA, each phase of your design includes quality assurance procedures that allow us to maintain control of the quality and consistency of our construction documents therefore resulting in a final product you will be proud of.

Our president, Peter J. Hill, Sr., AIA, has been serving clients across Georgia and across the Southeastern United States for over 21 years. We currently have active projects in Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee.

The firm’s principal and staff of architectural practitioners offer a broad range of related services. Their breadth and depth of skills and experience enable our practice to address a wide range of diverse projects including challenging sites, demanding budgets and time constraints, unusual technological requirements, and the integration of new construction with existing buildings and contexts.
