The staff was very informative, friendly and courteous.

Everything was great, McKenzie made sure that my sisters car was taken care of on a Saturday with limited hours. She was up from Ohio and needed a headlight repair and it was found that the connector was melted. I had had both bulbs replaced and an oil change. I usually use Joe Miller who is always amazing and the best butt kisser in the business but Mckenzie is definitely a great customer/​service rep as well. The entire team is amazing, so much that I still drive a half hour to bring my autos to be serviced even though my salesman Matt Williams is gone and even though Graff is 10 minutes away in Durand!

First, let me preface this by saying I have never complained publicly about a business before but my experience was absolutely awful.
My dad had made an appointment for us with a salesperson named Ryan. What prompted him to make the appointment was the dealership was supposedly offering $ 3000 more for trade-​ins. He asked the woman setting up the appointment if there were any strings attached, if this was on ALL vehicles because he didn’t want to waste our time. She assured him that there were no exceptions. He called Ryan to let him know that we were going to be about 10 min. late. When we arrived he was nowhere to be found. After being stared at by multiple sales people, someone started to help and Ryan showed up a few minutes later.
The first thing he pointed out is that the $ 3000 extra for trade-​in was ONLY good if you leased one of the 15 or so vehicles listed on some computer print out he had at the desk. Which is not what we were told over the phone.
He had a very cocky, slick attitude and upon returning from looking at my car, he asked me in a very accusatory tone why my check engine light was on… Which it WASN’T! I explained that my car has a display that tells you how many miles until the next oil change.
He left at that point and let his coworker run some numbers. The numbers weren’t what I was looking to spend, which was fine. I just felt that our time had been wasted to come out for a promotion that was only for specific vehicles – when we were told just the opposite.
As I was leaving, I went to where my car was parked… And it wasn’t there! Apparently, Ryan had moved it and neglected to tell me.
Fast forward to a few days later when some woman from the dealership calls to follow up on our experience. She spoke with my mom who was not there but obviously knew about the situation. The woman had the General Manager, Shawn call her.
When speaking with my mother, Shawn basically minimized our dissatisfaction by saying that WE WERE JUST UPSET BECAUSE WE DIDNT GET THE DEAL WE WANTED!!! He then went on to say that he couldn’t really be sure about what happened, since he was hearing about it «second-​hand» (fair enough) so he was given my number.
When he called he was not interested in finding out about my experience, which he should have been if the second-​hand account he originally received was so inaccurate. He said something to the effect of my parents not really giving him the whole story??? But he didn’t want to «re-​hash» the past and said he would talk to Ryan. He explained that his age was the reason for his flippant attitude. He said he wanted to run some numbers for me, which at this point I could care less about. He called me back later that day because he had questions about the numbers. I returned his call and got his voicemail. Left message, no return call as of yet (about 24 hrs. ago).
In sum, the people setting up the appointments either don’t know the promotion details or lie about them to get you in the door.
The salesperson we dealt with was disrespectful, cocky and rude (which was kind of humorous considering my dad’s been buying cars longer than the salesperson has been alive– which is why I brought him). Not to mention the fact that he was nowhere to be found when he knew he had an appointment and shoved us off on a coworker.
Lastly, the General Manager had a «sorry, not sorry» attitude and a scripted, mechanical approach to resolving customer concerns. Most offensive was how he tried to minimize the concern.
There are too many dealerships out there to settle for the lack of common courtesy at this one.

Doing a very good job replacing a dealer that WAS good. Hard to find fault with people who take care of you.

We went in for service under warranty. Everything about the experience was incredibly well done. They came and picked up the vehicle, and gave us a great loaner car (brand new). The service was done very quickly and picking it up was effortless.
