It seems like this office is stuck in 1970 and has no interest of getting with the modern times. The office is old and musty, most of the agents are in their 70’s. They barely answer the phone and have very little technology. I used a lady at this company and although i liked her as a person she wasn’t the beat sales person. They also dont do much advertising and they have been around for awhile.
