MOLD, MUSHROOMS and LEAKS!!! Ya there are nice apartments from the outside, but as soon as you move you start to find all the problems. I had mold in all my windows, I had mushrooms growing in the living room. I have a huge leak in my ceiling and two of my windows leak also. So every time it rains your busy cleaning it up! In the management team are unhelpful. We have called numerous times and left many messages. One time they came in and «paint over the mold» and it would just come back again. I have pictures to prove it. I finally got fed up and my husband called the manager and said that were moving out in a few weeks and she said that we would get our $ 850 deposit back because of all the problems we had. As soon as we moved out, we did not get our deposit back. The manager is a liar and said that we never gave her our two weeks notice. Then I call the corporate which gave me the runaround and basically no deposit. They have very rude management!

We thought this place was nice when we moved in but we soon found out that it sucks. It’s supposed to be nice place and it should be for what the rent is. Supposed to be gated and and it not. When upper apt. flush it sounds like it’s going to come through the walls in our apt.
All an all this place sucks!!! I don’t even give it one star. Can’t wait to move!!!
