If you want your order completed in a timely fashion I would suggest going with another company. Not only did your install date come and go without a word from our«Project Manager» but we were constantly having to track her down for any kind of update. 3 weeks past our initial installation date we finally got our door. My husband took a personal day to stay home for the install just to be told at the end of the day, the door had been built wrong and would need to be reordered and reinstalled. We would later find out there was a «computer glitch» that caused the problem, not from the«Project Manager» but from the installers during the second door installation. 3 weeks after the first install we finally have a door. After contacting customer service to dispute the final bill, for time, hassle and project mismanagement I have yet to hear a word back. Perhaps C&L Ward should wait an additional 7 weeks to receive final payment??? I should add, it took 14 weeks and 5 days from the first check I wrote, for this project to be completed.
