ANSWER: We are the only full-time (Open 12+ hrs a day, 6 days a week), professionally run (all instructors are professionally certified, have years of experience and thousands of hours of teaching time) martial arts studios specializing in self defense and offering ALL OF OUR STUDENTS Private AND Group instruction combined at the same cost as other studios only offer group instruction, and we have no ADDITIONALLY REQUIRED (HIDDEN) FEES for advancement in learning and training such as having to pay every 1 – 2 months $ 30-$ 60-$ 90 or more for belt testing (in such studios you are not allowed to promote or learn new material until you pay for the test, even though you keep paying every month to attend their group classes!). Advanced Testing (Levels of Brown & Black Belt) can often costs HUNDREDS of dollars extra. At Tracy’s you must earn your rank, not buy it. Check it out before you sign up!

Manager
Chester literally grew up at Tracy’s. He started in his youth with his brother and parents at our Vallejo location in the mid 80’s, then when his family moved to Vacaville in the early 90’s he continued his training there. He began teaching in 1997. He recieved his 1st degree black belts in Kenpo Jiu-jitsu and Shootfighting in 1999. He has been teaching full time (40+ hrs a week) ever since. In 2001 he became the manager of our newest location here in Davis.
