Just don’t do this to yourself. I rented a house from them which was way overpriced for the shit heap that it was. We had issues with our heater and for about three weeks went without heat (illegal in CA) until it was fixed by their handyman, Juan, who I have to say is incredibly conscientious, coming out after he realized we didn’t have heat. Broken tiles in the bathrooms, asbestos in the ceilings, stove burners that are unreliable, and RATS! None of this was our fault and it was like pulling teeth to get them to take any action. Incredibly incompetent and irresponsible landlords. Unless you like a lot of stress in your life and feel like making a documentary about shitty housing, spare yourself the time, effort, and money. Rent pretty much anywhere else in Davis and you’ll be fine.

I rented one of the house before and the condition was really bad. The owner came to check on the house without prior notice. Worst of all, they took exorbitant amount of the deposit due to a broken door that have already existed when we moved in. Avoid at all cost!!!

I made the mistake of renting from them. They refuse to fix anything that isn’t directly a habitability problem and when problems get really bad they take over a week to fix it. We had property damaged due to their negligence and they refuses to take responsibility. Avoid renting from them at all cost it’s not worth the stress.

We met with them when we were looking for properties in Davis. They were professional and on time to the appointments and communicated well about when we needed to meet.
The properties under their management were trashed. The landscaping was unkempt and ignored. The houses were filthy with rusty heater vents and repair issues throughout.
They were courteous to the current renters and had a good rapport in presentation. But I felt that if the 2 properties we saw represented their overall portfolio I could remove them from my search entirely.
I would not rent from them.
