Richard Alkauskas is not only an excellent attorney but a nice man to boot. My wife and I needed someone who could build us the proper instruments for our estate and explain them to us. Richard was able to put in plain English what estate planning goals are, and steer us when decisions were to be made. He built confidence in our choices and methods, and patiently explained why, and kept notes and passed them along to us as well. He originally helped us in 2012 when we created our trust and has now helped us through our first update.
