I hired Brooks on the recommendation of a realtor friend. Apparently we got him at a bad time, like Bonnie below summer of 2014 he was full of excuses, hard to communicate with, totally procrastinated and I found it an extremely frustrating experience. His workers also took a near new mattress that we told him would be in condo and he never replaced it. My husband had to take over the communication because I was done, my husband though I was being impatient, well then he tried it and he was just as frustrated. The work was fine in the end, but it was not worth the exasperation.

I had my bathrooms remodeled about a year ago. I turned one half bathroom together with a closet (in the bathroom) into a new complete bathroom. So Brooks helped me build a walk in shower out of the closet, and put in a soaking tub, change the toilet and a smaller vanity. I want to put a lot of stuff in a comparatively small space. They managed to do it. I am very happy about it. During the procedure, I had a steamer add in the shower room, it is kind of a last minute call, but brooks is very cooperative. The project did take a little bit longer than I expected, but partly because I changed my mind about some details sometimes. Overall, it turned out great. The price is very reasonable too. Highly recommendate!

Brooks Schroyer and his team are amazing. We have used many contractors over the years for everything from building homes to remodeling/​repair. In the last six years, we have used him for several jobs on our house in Davis and his professionalism constantly surprises me. Not only are he and his team are fast and efficient, but his bids are always competitive and his quality of work is superb. Additionally, he knows the local regulations and how to work within those guidelines to keep the process moving. I can’t say enough about this business to do it justice, but after dealing with so many fly-​by-​night contractors, it is refreshing to find one that seems to truly care about customer satisfaction.
