Business Owner

Justin Lowenthal is a business attorney licensed to practice in the State of California and in the federal Eastern District of California. He is the sole shareholder and CEO of Lowenthal, APC in Davis, California. Justin has represented companies and entrepreneurs at every stage of development, from early-​stage start-​ups to multinational corporations, as well as the investors that finance and advise them. With a focus on Northern California clientele, Justin primarily serves clients in Yolo, Solano, Sacramento, and Placer Counties as outside general counsel. The range of legal services he provides are focused on business development and addressing the principal challenges faced by the management, board, and shareholders of his clients, as well as the business owners and investors themselves.

In addition to his career as a business attorney, Justin is an entrepreneur and investor himself, a volunteer, a husband and a father.
