Cooks Collision is by far the best auto body place in Davis. They take great care in customer service and have performed greatly on all my cars I have taken there. They have fixed all my vehicles in the estimated time they quoted me and had even called me in weekly increments to give me updates on parts arriving and that they would be able to fix my vehicle earlier than what they had quoted me. I highly recommend Cooks to anyone who has been in an accident or has issues with their car running!

They were very courteous, went up and beyond what they needed to do. A very Clean environment, and I my vehicle back to me quick.

I had my car repaired here! they were great the staff was all friendly. Celestino was good at keeping in communication with me an making sure I was aware of what was going on. I am very happy with their service. I took my car to Cooks Collision to have a roof rack installed. Their service was way above what I expected. They were very friendly and accommodating. When I got my car back they had washed it and vacuumed the front. I stopped at a place after it was done and someone asked me if it was a new car! It made me feel good about having them do the work.

So, I scuffed up the front bumper of my bright red Chevy Camaro and there was a ton of white scuffed plastic showing. I was really mortified, especially when my insurance company told me it’d be subject to my collision deductible of $ 500. Not wanting to pay that much to fix my bumper, I called Cook’s to see if anything could be done to make it look better because it caught my eye every time I looked at the front of the car. I told Steven, the manager, that I had touch up paint, and he told me to bring it in the next day and he would apply the touch up and buff it out free of charge the next day.
I brought it back and within an hour, they made it invisible. Had smoothed out the damage, and applied the paint. It looked SO MUCH better. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I begged Steven to let me pay him, but they wouldn’t take my money. Please reward this excellent customer service by taking your car to Cook’s. Extremely nice and professional folks and not out to make a buck on my heartbreak!

I had cooks fix my car recently and I am just so happy with how fast they got everything done and how good my car looks! I had to have my front bumper fixed and they did it all within 4 days! They have fast service and are great with communication on updating me when my vehicle would be ready. I’m glad I went to cooks to fix my car.

Somebody swiped the side of my brand new car with his side mirror. When I got to cooks the estimator came out and took a bunch of pictures and explained the process of what might need to be done to fix it. Then he said he wanted to try to clean it off before he did anything else and see if there was a scratch left. He spent about 10 minutes in the rain cleaning it off and it looked brand new! No scratches left. He said there was no charge! I would definitely go back.

I got rear ended the other day, and the other party insurance agreed to pay for all the damage. I Went to cooks collision because of the reviews I read about them and was very disappointed with them afterward. The lady that works there I believe her name is Stephanie. She went over to take a look at my car to see what needed to be fix and said that the dented on the trunk of my car was caused by ME and it’s my fault therefore the insurance shouldn’t be paying to replace me a new bumper and she won’t authorize the repair. uh no lady, I didn’t hammer my trunk on my own so I can go get it fixed and waste more of time dealing with this. I, fortunately, took so many pictures on the day of the accident and even the insurance estimator came and agreed to replace me a new trunk And bumper because the other party CLEARLY rear ended me badly. I immediately took my car out and went to A1 instead. Brian, who took care of my car at A1 did an amazing and thorough job that he even found other things under the bumper after he took it apart that needed to be fixed (the insurance took care of everything)
Sorry cooks, but you were very unprofessional and insulting to say the least. Never will I be back or recommend your service. #ByeFelicia

Well, having my neighbor crunch into the side of my car while she was pulling out of her driveway was not fun. But Cooks was so professional, so friendly, so effective at putting my car back together and so timely about it that I just about forgot how miserable I was in the beginning. There was no one I encountered there who was not a jewel. If you need body work done go see these guys!

Some idiot rear-​ended my car on the way home from work. Cooks not only made that disappear they were able to score me a deal on a paint less dent removal while my car was with them. No hassle setup, quick turnaround, additional repairs with during the originally quoted time frame and my car came back clean and sparkling inside and out. Thank you Stephanie, AJ and Marnerba with a B for having all the paperwork ready, helping with my rental, and sending me constant updates. your hard work turned a terrible afternoon into a great experience. Seriously, if you want your car looking better than when you wrecked it send it to Cooks Collision of davis on Chiles rd.

Following a miserable experience with the insurance company after my car was in a collision, I finally got to Cooks for the repair work. They made everything right! Everyone there was professional, friendly, and did exactly what they said they’d do. The work was completed even earlier than predicted, and our car looks like new! Great service all around.

I recently took my 2005 Solara into Cook’s Collision for a headlight restoration, using a coupon I purchased thru Unilocal.This is a very friendly, efficient business! I arrived early during the lunch hour, but they began on the work immediately so I wouldn’t have to wait. The headlights were in pretty bad shape, so it took about an hr to get them looking good, plus when they finished w/​that they also washed the car and vacuumed it! What more could I ask for? Friendly, courteous, efficient and beyond what they promised. I heartily recommend Cook’s Collision!

I went today for the headlight restoration deal I bought through Groupon or Living Social (can’t remember which). One of my headlights was foggy and for $ 19 I figured I would get it fixed. I was actually surprised at how good my headlights looked when they were done — they look brand new! I would definitely do it again if I ever needed it, and recommend the service to anyone.

I purchased a Living Social Deal for headlight restoration. I am so impressed with the quality of work done! I dropped my van off during my lunch break. They gave me a ride back to work and picked me up at the end of the day so I could pick up my van. The office staff were very kind in a genuine way and made the whole experience awesome! Lastly, I noticed my van was cleaner than when I dropped it off — yep — they washed and vacuumed the van! I will absolutely use this business again! I love outstanding customer service and quality work!

Our Honda Civic was broken into and it resulted in both broken glass and some other damage. The work was done perfectly, and the staff kept us informed all the way through the multi-​day process (paint work takes some time). I was very pleased.

I had my headlight lamps restored using a Groupon. Their service was excellent and my headlight lamps came out looking like brand new! They even washed my car too! Great job!!!
