I ‘m back to release this mess. Need less to say money’s went in his pocket. speaking of money He has lived her since he lost his job he had forever (from drinking) in Pittsburgh, CA. His rent their was 1500.00 a month. I help him get his money started and get into rehab (just the kind of person I am). I was living where I am now, let him move back (unfortunately because of my on job injuries I have not worked since 2013) had to ether pay house note or pay for medical coverage. Needed medical so for the first time could not pay for the home. This is where you are either a man or you don’t have any common morals. If you can gest where he fell in line? I had to get my situation with my work injuries in order (thank GOD it’s all most over) that left me without an study income. Poor excuses of a person (he is not a man) got his income started after loosing his job because he’s in alcoholic. (we will get back to stacy gonzale roll she has in this from codwell realtor OH YEAH) His income never stop and he moved back to this home where circumstances for me was not good. I’m wrapping it up with it (lonnie jack). He has mlived her before 2013, getting a check or 2 a month living under this roof not have to pay house note because of my unfortunate situation he should have a BIG bank roll, NOT
Ok stacy gonzale from codwell realtor suckered the fool in to telling him she was going to help him with the proceeds of funds when the house sold and was paid off. she swelled his head so big. He threw me under the bus telling her a bunch of Lies about what he’s done for me when God knows I wish he had a helped me those three years I laid up in this bed. yeah he helped me by misappropriating my money for my bills. He knew my circumstances me being bedridden never thought about helping me in any kind of way. Trying to make the realtor Stacy Gonzalez feel sorry for him he made himself look like the man of the year. She thought she would put the house on the market and with her Commission have a big pocket herself. It fell through she didn’t get the listing I think her and lonnie looked at me as the corporate and made up false allegations about me receiving my SSI. They both got together with another person (she doesn’t think I know this), Stacey Gonzales told lonnie What Lies to send into the social security people and that put my income i was waiting for and been doing without with the Grace of God for 3 Years. After sale of the house fell through their way of getting me back although there was nothing I did was to hold up my social security even to this day. He has violated my Me history and goes around making people think he has the authority to make decisions for me. That is violating the HIPAA law big time. Three Amigos that are involved with answering and violating and perpetrating these offences will pay for it I guarantee you. I just thought I would put this out there I’m so over all of it thanks to my heavenly father up above. if you run across Stacy Gonzalez Cowell realtor Corporation ask her how she sleeps at night the end!

Initially I left a very angry review directed at a specific agent of Coldwell Banker who is selling a house on my street. When I returned home today I found her open house invitations thrown on my driveway and on all my neighbor’s driveways. I felt very frustrated that instead of walking the mailers to mailboxes or doorsteps they had been littered on the ground. I have since learned that Coldwell Banker hires a third party to deliver their mailers. It isn’t fair for me to call out a realtor by name but I still think it is worth bringing this up. I apologize to Stephanie for reacting so angrily to her personally before I knew the whole story.

We worked with Matt Dolcini and had a great experience. We were first-​time home buyers, and Matt helped us through the process. He gave us excellent, personal attention. He has great contacts in the community and relationships with others in real estate so that he recommended lenders, home owners insurance agent, etc. Everyone he recommended has proven to be a high-​integrity businessperson. And that’s what I would say about Matt– I would never question his integrity or good intentions. He was effective in moving our deal along and made the whole process smooth. We were grateful!

Diane Lardelli and Cynthia Gerber worked with my husband and I to help us buy our first home. We got a dream home and dream team service working with these two lovely ladies. They are dynamite pros in the real estate market here in Davis and they will take great care of you. They’re both attentive, sharp, and a pleasure to be around on top of it. In buying our first home, we dealt with Tara Aubrey. She was FANTASTIC throughout the entire process. I can’t say too many great things about her. Tara was very patient with us, as we were new to Northern CA and had no idea about neighborhoods – she schlepped us from Natomas to downtown Sacramento to Woodland to Davis, consistently honest and helpful about the pros and cons of each area.
She allowed us to change our minds again and again about what we wanted, and she adjusted her search criteria without complain. She was entirely responsive to our own ideas and finds, and would quickly arrange showings whenever was convenient for us.
Tara ended up feeling very much like a friend, and keeps in touch with us months after the close of escrow. She has many contacts and offers contracting and decorating assistance, and is an internal decorator herself.
