After being disappointed at another dealership, we found University Dodge Ram Dealer. We are very happy with the attention and deal we received with the help of Ray Lugo. Ray did everything he could, showing interest in what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend the dealership and commend Ray on his great customer service skills

I’m so sorry to give such a poor review.
When my husband went to look at cars everyone was around and no question went unanswered.
We left that day without a purchase. They called him multiple times over the next few weeks A LOT!!! To the point of madness.
He went back in & bought the car. They finally met him where he needed to be.
Since purchase day good luck getting anyone on the phone!!! I have tried, he has tried! I guess I’m spoiled and used to Rick Case in Weston. Their business is impeccable and there is no comparison.
Try calling the main line and they talk so fast you think they just chugged a 6 pack of red bull.
Everyone seems to take lunch at the same time so there’s a good chance you will just hang on the line until you get bored and hang up.
Anyhow, called up for an oil change: he said about an hour + wait. No appointments on weekends only weekdays. Well since he works we drove over to wait. Got in line and another guy said a minimum of 2 hours wait time. My husband needless to say got out of line and said he will go somewhere else…
Also prior to that he was sent back and forth to a few people to get that straight answer regarding wait time…
Will never buy from this dealer again. Service we will go elsewhere…
Please improve your customer service you are going to keep loosing good customers

Went in to purchase a 2015 Dodge Dart on 3÷28÷15 after doing some research on many different cars. I have to say this dealership is great. I was immediately greeted by a salesman named Claude. Told him that I had an appointment with Mike, the internet business manager but he isn’t a salesman so Claude took the lead and helped me out. He gave me the best deal with exceptional service. You can tell Claude really does care about his customers because he is patient and wants to make the deal feel right for you. After we shook hands and the deal was done, I spoke with David, which helps out with the car’s maintenance and other additional options such as GAP insurance, maintenance packages, lo-​jack, etc. He was also very professional and gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse. Never did I feel that I was being up sold any product but they really did «hook me up» with my dream car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that wants a fair price and doesn’t like to be pressured. Thanks Claude, David, Mike and Courtney for making this purchase as enjoyable and painless process as could ever have been imagined.

We went to trade in our 2010 Kia. One of the worst experiences with a car dealer! The car had low miles, in amazing condition and worth a lot more then what they wanted to offer! They offered $ 5,000 for the car! Obviously I’m not a fool. I told them no and the sale manager came out and tried to tell me my car isn’t worth that much and showed me info from
, the lowest prices they could find of course! We left and went to carmax! Got $ 7500 for the car and walked away with a new to me van! No headaches of haggle and the car is in great condition! Worth going there!

My wife and I decided to retire our old pickup and replace it with a new one. I spent the better part of a a week researching all of the local Dodge dealers and found that Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge had the largest selection of trucks in the area. I picked out a truck I was interested in on-​line and sent them an email for a price quote. They replied very fast and I had an appointment to look at the truck the following day.
The salesman who specialized in handling internet deal was extremely professional. He was able to answer every question and didn’t feed me any BS. He worked to find every possible rebate and gave us an incredible deal on the truck.
When the time came to sign the papers, they were very accommodating and efficient. They had all of the paperwork done in very short order.
I would gladly recommend Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge to anyone wanting to new car or truck.

Leased a 2012 Durango here. Not a huge selection of vehicles but after one salesman who wouldn’t even return my calls I found Carlos. He was very helpful, respectful and not pushy. He was able to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The dealership was very fair on my trade in. I will go back and recommend this dealership, see Carlos.
