Worst customer service experience I have ever had! I made an appointment for today at 12:00pm. I had a previous engagement I had to attend and was running late, so I called at 11:40am to explain the situation and reschedule. They said I could come at 1:00pm instead. My phone rang 5 minutes later and it was the spray tan technician literally lecturing me about cancelling my appointment. I am not a child, and I never miss appointments. I even called to explain and reschedule, but she went out of her way to call me back and lecture me. I would NEVER recommend this place that treats their paying customers this way.

I know, I know — indoor tanning!!! But listen, I have to do some serious tan prep before I spend 3 days in the sun for an upcoming country music beach fest. you know the one. And if I were to take my pasty white only-​accustomed-​to-​office-​and-​school-​lately skin out to the beach it would not be pretty. unless you find lobster red sunburn and pain, SO much pain! appealing. No thanks! Tanning it is! At least til then.
So! I purchased a Groupon for 1 week unlimited and went in yesterday to get it started — I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Despite having visited the neighboring bar .a couple times, I hadn’t realized that this tanning place was right here! The location is super convenient for me being right on my work/​home/​school route, so plus for that. Also, $ 11 for 1 week of tanning is a great deal and good way to check out a new spot without being committed.
Everything was very clean, they had a nice display of lotions, etc. for sale and didn’t push my to purchase any which is good. I’ve been to some places where they really push products each time you come in and that is a major turn-​off for me. The young lady working was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice — not too small and cramped like others I’ve seen. Two hooks for hanging clothes, purse, etc which is great — I’ve been to a place or 2 that had one hook and no table or chair or anything, that was like playing Tetris trying to get clothes, purse, necklace, etc all on there. Not an issue here, plenty of room and a table and a chair in the room, so definitely room to lay out all your stuff. They have the customary hand towels in the room AND a robe hanging behind the door. I doubt it’s something that many people get use of (and in the event they do, there should be a «this robe is sanitized» sign on that too, like on the beds, lol) but still a nice touch! I did a 20 minute bed for the half the time. my virgin skin and all. It was clean, seemed relatively new and well kept.
I’ll be coming here for at least another week, but will need to keep tanning after that, so if all continues to goes well this might be my official Tortuga tan prep spot.

I have been coming to this establishment since 2007. They just recently went under new management (it was Tina’s tanning beforehand). After a couple of months of not tanning I was surprised to see that management was changed along with the name and quite nervous to be honest but I was not disappointed at all. The name and management may have changed but the level of customer service, prices, and cleanliness is still incredible. Sonia (one of the employees) is always such a pleasure and always helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone who loves indoor tanning!

I found this place thanks to groupon. Its about 2 miles down the road from me, but I never noticed it because its almost hidden in a small plaza. The beds and rooms are very clean and the staff is super nice! I have no idea who the previous owners or managers were, but the two women I have dealt with have been very accommodating and polite. As for the other review about them not honoring your previous package, it sounds like you should be angry at the previous owner. Shes the one who was hocking these packages she had no intention of being around for. I will definitely be returning to this place after the groupon expires.

I joined their tan club, which I think is a good deal for $ 40 a month. I get to tan every day in any bed and they give me 10% off lotions and spray tans as a member. The girls are really nice and the place is super clean.

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The new «MANAGER» is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and just NASTY! The owner should seriously consider who is running his business and how she speaks to customers. Referring to the client as «GIRLFRIEND» is not what I would call good business. The new owner/​manager doesn’t wish to help with any customer service issues in regards to anything purchased with the old owner TERRIBLE TINA! Tina had been selling tanning packages and not telling people they expire, then depleting the session as used when they never were! I was told I had 7 tans when the new owners took over and that I could use them whenever, only to find out when I actually went to use them I supposively now only at 4 tans and they had expired!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST! Being a previous salon owner I know customer service is key. Apparently the «MANAGER/​OWNER» hasn’t figured that out. The only helpful person in that place is Lydia, what a sweetheart! So word to the wise, save your money and go elsewhere before they change the rules and steal your money.

I’ve been a Tina’s Tanning (Now R&R Tanning) Member since moving down here in 2003! New owners, but definitely the same great service. The salon itself, and the beds are clean, with a gorgeous decorated waiting area. The staff are very knowledgeable on their products as well as tanning regulations and safety precautions. They beds, including the stand ups are wiped down after every tan.
The rooms, yes, I said rooms. Each bed, is in an individual room. Not a changing room attached to the bed. They rooms are stocked with a towel, and a wet towel, should you need it. There is a sign stating the bed has been sanitized on a towel, with a piece of candy.
Now, they might be more pricey than other local salons, but they are definitely worth it. You 100% get what you pay for!!!
