Rick Case FIAT

I have had my Fiat 500 for 6 months now and overall feel like it is a «good» car but not mind blowing by any means. Before leasing I read a review about it having a clunky engine. I loved the look of it and ignored the review. I am one that needs some pep and I should have looked at my needs first over the asthetics. IT IS clunky, very actually. Once she is going it maintains composure but to get her there or make any quick moves will leave you less than thrilled. I am still giving it three stars as I do still think she’s very cute interior and exterior but nonetheless she lacks pep. Oh, and don’t think you will be packing to many suitcases in it. Not going to happen.

Just bought a cute red fiat and we the car… the salesman… Natalio…did not go above and beyond… from the moment we dealt with him he made us feel like we were bothering him… he said car would be ready at 11:30…we had to wait three hours at dealership… also we wanted a second set of keys… he said there was no second set… and that it would cost us 150 $ to get it… we were adamant and miraculously they appeared… do not deal with him… there must be nicer salesman at this dealership… car is great though!

Everyone at this dealership is wonderful — the staff are very friendly!
However, I have had nothing but mechanical or electrical issues with my FIAT 500C Pop, which I purchased in 2012. I do not blame Rick Case and company for this as they didn’t manufacture the car but within six months of owning it, I had ongoing problems with the car and the service department wasn’t able to resolve any of the issues. Twice in four months, I had to have the car towed to the service shop because it wouldn’t start.
I loved the gas mileage and the overall feel of the vehicle so I wouldn’t want to dissuade anyone from purchasing a FIAT and purchasing it from Rick Case. Just ask the service department to be thorough when there’s an issue.

I went in to look at a new fiat sport and the sales guy Kept pressuring me to get into a Preowned. The sales guy kept calling me love which made me very uncomfortable and the financial guy couldn’t find me a good interest rate, happy I didn’t buy from them since I ended up getting my perfect fiat at North Miami.

I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership. We have bought 4 cars from Rick Case (the latest one just this past Tuesday) and the treatment we received was outstanding. Our salesperson, Nattalio El Haddad, Ali-​the General Manager of the Fiat Division, Guido, another salesperson and Israel Washington — the Finance Manager-​each one went out of their way to make the experience of buying a car as effortless and stress free as possible. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat and they will continue to have my business.

Rick Case car dealerships are the absolute WORST I’ve ever seen. They lie, change sticker prices, blame everything on other staff members and don’t take responsibility for themselves, are ridiculously pushy, rude, and have every bad quality a dealership could possibly have.
They first get the contract completely wrong — taxes and all, completely skip over explaining an $ 800 gap insurance charge, don’t tell you that their «free» Rick Case 100,000 mile warranty is actually $ 2000 on top of the sticker price with a $ 300 deductible for each time, give you «free» car washes but charge you $ 100 for it (which by the way the car wash is super old and does a horrible job), tell you to come in for a tint job yet the tint guy is over an hour away. so they have him come to the apartment building a few days later to do it and is still an hour and a half late. Then tell you to come pick up your Fiat merchandise included in the deal and say that since they forgot to write it down officially, and they don’t know who called to say that it was in, they can’t give it to you. And after all of those troubles tell you to PURCHASE the things that were included in the deal of buying the car.
I’ve been to countless car dealerships, and love the Fiat brand — but I would never recommend this specific dealer, or Rick Case. Arrigo Fiat is a much better experience and near by.

The 500 is beautiful and fun! But the service is outstanding! You have to ask for Ana Milena, she does take care of you, even after they sell l you the car they continue to provide you with excellent costumer service. I had locked myself out of my car at 8am and was able to get things going right away, one hour after I was on my way to work. Not only that but every time I go there for service they find ways to make me feel comfortable and provide me with deals for it. I have already and will continue to highly recommend Rick Case Fiat.

What can I say but I LOVE RICK CASE FIAT AND I LOVE MY FIAT!!! I’m so very happy with my whole experience at this dealership, was a compete Pleasure. I was there just to look and they made me feel all warm n fuzzy so I drove off the lot with my New Espresso colored Fiat and even my father in-​law bought a Fiat, Thanks to me. I just purchased a fiat from the team at Rick Case this past friday, not only does the car continue to impress me, but the level of service/​attention I received made me feel right at home. From the moment I walked it I was immediately greeted and introduced to Shane, my sales rep. He did an excellent job and had answers to all of my questions (i’m a car nut so trust me there were lots of them).
Returning two days later to make the purchase Raquel went above and beyond by putting me in touch with 3 other business owners who could assist me with my business, that I am now working with. On top of that I was on a tight schedule and had brought a vehicle to trade. Long story short I decided not to trade the vehicle so Raquel had two of her team members follow me home in my new fiat and another vehicle so they could return to the dealership. Shortly after getting home I realized that I didn’t have my wallet! I immediately called and had them look for it. I received a call 15 minutes later. Shane my sales rep found my wallet, which was a miracle because I had probably been in 10 different cars that morning. He immediately offered to bring it to me (i live over 20 miles away) I told him I’d meet him in the middle.
All in all it was a tremendous pleasure working with the team at Rick Case Fiat. They have definitely earned my future business.
