First of all, if your website is plastered with «10 minute oil change» then you should try to live up to that standard. Second, you are ripping people off with the cost of replacing filters, quite literally. I’m sure you know this. I should have asked the price before agreeing to let your guys do it. I should know better. But I can buy the air filter and cabin filter online for a total of $ 20 – 25, and you charged me $ 75. It’s a 5 minute job. Come on guys, you can do better than that.
There are better, faster, comparably priced options that are more transparent about what they’re doing. Fair warning.

If you want to get a quick oil change without getting harassed for an air filter I highly recommend you stop by. The only place I’ll let my wife go without me.
