They are very efficient and move you along nicely in order to make room for another party behind and in front of your group.
Could use more seats for adults. Also the video games are outdated and half of them don’t work.
Room for improvement.

After reading the other reviews, I think they are ridiculous. Socks are not a «hidden charge», it is a way to keep their business clean, and the waiver is standard for any kids place forced upon the owners by their insurance company, or they wouldn’t be able to operate.
We went for a birthday party and had a great time! The glow room was probably more fun for the adults than the kids! Very clean and had a friendly staff! Will definitely have my sons birthday there! Loved that it was private!

Personally I think it is lacking in atmosphere and things to do. No music, metal benches, and no play area for the smaller children, even though the charge for them. If you don’t feel like dealing with the crowds at Monkey Joe’s, then this is the place to go, but at least at Monkey Joe’s the parents can sit comfortably, watch TV, access the Internet, and/​or enjoy a cup of coffee. I agree with David C. in regards to the waiver and the rules video they force the kids to watch before entering. I doubt they remember any of the rules in the video.
The bottom line is that my son had a great time with his friends, so not sure if my comfort matters. :)

It is fine, better than most. The waiver you sign at the beginning and the video your kids are forced to watch is a new twist on risk management.
The place is large, the staff is very nice and they keep the parties organized. They move you from room to room. Each room has about 3 huge blow up play areas. The rooms are fun for about 20 minutes, but they really need to step it up (get it, like Pump it up) and add some more fun stuff in each room. The staff taking pictures in the first room was just a little weird and she looked like she had been sitting there for years without one subject.
It is super clean, so it gets a star and exhausts your kids, so they get another star for that.
