this business is not a showroom as it states, it is in a middle of a nursery plus the manager (if you can call him that lazlo is the biggest bummer life has made, his people skills are a joke. the product he sells does not come from him, he brokers it so that is not a problem, however, he is the problem. bought the stone from him, found out it does not come from him. i guess he thought even though spending 2600.00 that he should just be rude. i guess he wanted to install it. that would have been a catastrophe. he insults you, he hangs up on you and the ston anctually comes from palmetto bay –keystone. so the stone i received was to be random ashler pattern, i received some pieces with only 3 stones same size and so many discrepancies. i would recommend he go out of business as he is a detriment to his. he even insulted and said he is sorry for my husband. i have a right to ask as many questions as i want and basically the product before it was delivered he went thru and pulled out pieces and substituted them. he is the worst businessman ever. the coral rock is beautiful but it came for keystone coral rock in florida city. buy it from them as he just brokers it and if his people skill are anything of what we endured plus over charged delivery and the 20−30pieces broken tile stay aways from this business he is horrific. if he installs something he would probably mess it up. thank god i have the best installers but he truly lies and finally when asked why some tiles just came 3 he said do you understand the word «random» that means anything.
hard to do a pattern with 3 pieces luckily i have people who know and they had to cut the coral to make the pattern which made it a lot more work. dont go to him take your business elsewhere.
