We are a full service pastry shop. The owner has over 20 years of experience in the bakery field. Jonathan has worked in some of the finest hotels and country clubs in the nation. There are daily and weekly specials as well as a staple menu of over 50 items. The coffee is locally roasted from panther coffee in miami and the espresso is precisely adjusted every morning. This will become a place that will bring you back to the days of your childhood going to the bakery and picking up a loaf of bread and a sweet treat.

History

Established in 2015.

After working for 20 years in the industry, Jonathan decided it was time to open his own place. It started at the local farmers markets under the name Cookielicious. After 5 years, a rebranding was born. Now JW Pastry is in the same storefront location Jonathan has been baking at the past 4 years but with a total facelift.

Jonathan has had a love for pastries every since 7^th grade home economics class. Running a catering class in high school was the first sign that this was going to be his profession. Jonathan graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1997 and has worked in the countries finest hotels, restaurants, catering companies and country clubs. his attention to detail is something that he was born with and it shows it what he does each and every day.
