Excellent!!! Polite, pleasant, on time etc. Seemed thorough and explained any and all points I was interested in. They explained that I needed to provide them with more information to get to where I wanted for my my wind mitigation rating. I did, and they updated it. Easy to deal with and willing to work with you. I will recommend to anyone that is looking for this type of service.

Just had my home inspected for wind mitigation. Fast & efficient. It was the first inspection of the day so right after 8AM the inspector knocked on my door, went over the routine and off he went. Inspected the outside first then climbed the attic (brought a tiny telescopic ladder that did the job nicely). Finally, he explained the inspection points and noted that the house passed everything so I should be good for a decent homeowner’s insurance discount. Everything was done in about 30 min, worth the $ 85 I spent.

Fabian showed up a few minutes early and was prepared to do the inspection. I’ve bought/​sold 4 other homes with inspections each time but this was the most thorough and careful one to date. His focus on insurance inspections is supported by his extensive knowledge of home construction as well as the factors affecting wind/​flood premiums.
