This store has the worst customer service of any CVS I have ever been to. I came in to return an item I recently purchased and was told by the man at the counter he could only give me half of what the items were worth. I then asked to speak to the Manager, the young lady standing next to him named Mary said she was the manager and could return the items but could only give me store credit. I said this was fine and she began to process the return, half way through she said she was not able to process the return and told me to go try another CVS or come back another day to speak to another manager. These people do not belong in front of customers. Do yourself a favor and try the Walgreens down the street, they know how to treat a customer.

Miserable Pharmacy. I waited for 5 minutes at the pharmacy desk while 1 of the 3 people working there who was on the phone kept holding up «the one moment more» finger. After 5 «one moment more» fingers. I headed for the door. I know we all get busy at our job but I was very frustrated by the long wait.

This by far is the best CVS in the area. I’ve called five different CVS, three Walmarts, and two Walgreens in the area and none of them had the prescription my nine-year-old needs, Nor did they care to seek to find somewhere or even offer suggestions as to where I could get it. Even though this store is 15 minutes away from my house(And I have one right down the street), I will be making the extra trip out of my way to go to this CVS.

Being new to Fl, and not having a doctor here(or health insurance for that reason) I was pretty bummed when I got sick for the 3rd time in 3 months — especially because I usually NEVER get sick. This time was different, and after a couple of days of feeling like crap it occurred to me to grab a flashlight and a mirror and look at the back of my throat, where I was feeling the worse pain. After a quick webmd and google image search, I was pretty sure I had tonsillitis. Viral infections don’t respond to antibiotics, but bacterial infections do — and there was no way for me to figure it out on my own. So having gone to a CVS Minute Clinic before in Nashville, I thought this was my only affordable option. The doctor at the clinic was able to see me right away, and because I had been to a Minute Clinic before, I didn’t have to pay the full price of the visit — but I did have to pay a lab fee for the throat culture. She confirmed it was tonsillitis and thankfully it was bacterial so she wrote me a prescription for penicillin and said that Publix provides *free* oral antibiotics. I was so surprised that she would refer me to another pharmacy since Minute Clinic operates within a CVS… but nothing beats free. All in all I paid $ 100 for my visit. Which is probably less than I would’ve paid for a visit to a «real» doctors office(even with health insurance!), and unlike a «real» doctor I didn’t have to wait 45 minutes just to be seen by a nurse. I highly suggest CVS Minute Clinic, and honestly they’re so good I’m not worried about finding a regular doctor! Be aware though — Minute Clinic’s only cover certain minor injuries/illness, some vaccinations, and physicals. And not every CVS has a Minute Clinic.
