Char-Hut Catering

We had Char-​Hut catering visit our office this week for an employee appreciation lunch.
From ordering over the phone with Anthony, with lots of recommendations and appropriate ordering sizes, to the day of the BBQ, all was efficient and fairly priced.
They cook on site! They bring the grill with them and started cooking about 2 hours before showtime. All of our employees loved it. From setting out over 10 condiments, all the meat (we chose hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, and chicken breasts), bread, sides (we chose vegetarian baked beans, corn on the cob, and cole slaw), plates, serving trays/​tongs, utensils… They take care of everything. They even watch over the buffet table, refilling when necessary, and keeping it tidy. For the record, we opted to have our own coolers full of drinks and bought a sheet cake at Publix.
It’s the Char-​Hut that many in South Florida grew up on. So good!
Everything was fresh, clean, and delicious. Very professional team. Thank you Anthony and Kim for making it a special day at the office. Hope to do it again soon!!! Highly recommend if you want a casual BBQ (without having to cook!) in the Broward area.
