This was my favorite bar in college, and is still a favorite place for me to stop by! I remember being shocked by the size of the menu initially. So many things to choose from for a bar! Now I just accept it as the norm. The bread nuggets are the highlight of every visit. I won’t stop by without ordering bread nuggets for the table. Great bar/​grill atmosphere. The choose your own music option is fun, but sometimes groups come in and stack the music. When it’s not group friendly, that can be a bummer. The outside patio is wonderful in the summer months! FANTASTIC staff!

This place is awesome! Food is super delicious. Fast and friendly service. Definitely one of my new favorite stops. We got burgers, wings and motz sticks. Impressed with all! It’s super inexpensive too, on top of great drink specials. The outdoor patio is a huge plus for me. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!

This was our first time here. It was really good! We will definitely be back. We got the speciality pizza (Spicy Double pepperoni) and had the happy hour wings. 4 wings for $ 2.99. They were decent size and had a nice spicy flavor. Our bill wasn’t too bad: $ 23 plus tip for a big pizza, wings, a diet Pepsi and a craft beer. Our waitress was on top of things and was efficient. She even gave suggestions on some more craft beer in the area. The pizza was super hot when we got it and the toppings slid off (probably because I asked for extra sauce). It was cut into squares which isn’t my preference, but it’s some good thin crust pizza! Delish. Definitely will be back.

Have been several times for different meals. I have tried burgers, pizza, and appetizers. Everything is bland and the service is terrible. We came to watch a Hawks game and the place was not busy and our server basically ignored the table and was borderline rude

Took in the Bears game here. Great fair priced drink specials. Very good apatizers and good pizza. Who could ask for more! They have a nice environment and multiple tv’s. Parking is in abundance and no line to go to the bathroom. Service was Johnny on the spot. Nice neighborhood place.

Lets just say Van’s is awesome for what it is… good bar food, good drinks, and good service. I go to Van’s once or twice a week during the summer after playing volleyball nearby. Everyone in my group always seems to get great food. The personal pizzas and mini pitchers of beer on Sundays are some of our favorites.
The staff is always accommodating, friendly, and more than willing to give everyone separate checks (and they almost always get all 10+ checks completely correct)! All in all, this is a great place to catch up with friends or stop along the Duck Creek bike path for a refueling brew or two.

This place was something of a Lunch afterthought that I visited passing by. The service was excellent and the food was surprisingly very good. The cordon bleu sandwich was perfectly breaded and prepared as were the breadstick bites and salad with great croutons. The prices were pretty good and i look to come back again.

The food was amazing. We had four in our group so we all had a selection of food. The buffalo chicken is very good not to much to it but still a good pizza. The BBQ pork pizza was awesome. Where can you find a pizza with BBQ sauce, chunks of BBQ pork, onions, pickles and potato chips on it? This place!!! The service was a little slow but it looked like it was one person for the entire place. The prices were very reasonable nothing to pricey but nothing to cheap.
